Now we're gonna talk about the easy and effective workouts for weight loss
1 Squats – It is easier
than you can expect. It doesn’t matter what you do and wherever you are, you
can still find time to do it ( even just a few minutes works wonder ) You
might do it while brushing your teeth or washing your hair, watching TV,
listening to music, being on the phone.. etc
First, stand up in the
squat position, do not put too much pressure on your knees, the pressure of
squats should be in your heels not your toes, your head shouldn’t look down on
the ground, keep your head straight, the workout will be more sufficient if you
breathe right.
Please remember Exhale = Up and Inhale = Down!
2 Weight training – Who
says weight training does not matter if one wants to lose weight? Little they
know it is a really effective way to burn fat and good in the long run too if
you want to maintain in good shape. Not only men should do weight training. But
women who care about their health and want easy weight loss should do it as
well. It is really an intense burning fat workout and strengthens the body muscles
as well. The more muscles you have, the better, as it helps you burn more
calories. You won’t have to worry much anymore when you eat too much as the
muscles in your body will burn all the extra fat away to make it easier to
maintain in good shape. Weight training does not really
require expensive equipments or can do only in the gym. We don’t even use
equipments because I don’t want to buy them hahaha :D I love to learn things
like this on Youtube and choose the ones that do not require equipments or can
use just one dumbbell to practice on my own. If you want to lose belly fat,
just choose the belly workout or abs workout. If you want sexy buttocks or
legs, just type in the search bar and choose the ones you like. Enjoy!
Aerobic dancing - Aerobic
exercise is a simple and very effective in weight loss and body toning because
it's fun. When we enjoy what we do, we would be able to keep doing it. If
you’re not enjoying what you do, workout boredom will become your issue if you
feel pushed to keep the same routine repeatedly. Finally you will get bored and
end up quitting before you reach your goal. That’s why I always recommend easy
workouts for weight loss and ways to make it easy and fun. Like this one, you
can take an aerobic dance class near your place or can buy the aerobic dance DVD
from the Internet to dance at home. It will feel as though your trainer is
right there teaching you and dancing with you. Or you can learn a variety of
dance moves on YouTube. Just choose 4-5 moves that you prefer, then turn up the
fun and upbeat songs that you like. And when you’re good at it, try the more complex
moves and practice the dancing. Who knows you probable have new sexy moves to
show off the next girl’s night out! Still, the impact aerobic dance should take
about 30-40 minutes because it is good amount of time for burning fat, but also
good for your heart as well.
