EASY workouts if you want to lose weight EASY 

     As from my experience, the easy workouts could also help you lose weight if you’re doing it right. You don’t have to put so much effort to do something as it may cause stress instead of giving slim and healthy body. It is better to focus on health which is to choose the exercise that continuously and sufficiently uses the group of large muscles such as arms or legs. It should take at least 20 minutes session and obtain the heartbeat rate of approximately 70% of the maximal heart rate (220- age (years)).
     However, it is difficult to measure such heartbeat rate during the workout. The trick is to exercise until you a little bit gasping your breath but still able to talk. You should also exercise at least 3 times a week. Base on the principles of getting sufficient duration and amount of exercising, you can easily think of many kinds of sports to do, for instance, jogging, swimming, running, cycling, rope jumping, aerobic dancing and many others. The most convenient and easiest workout is walking. But for the elders, the over weights or those with the joint problem, the best choice for exercise will be swimming while cycling can be the second choice.

1. Air bike exercise – This is a very easy and effective workout and really good for weight loss that I like to do while watching TV or listening to music. My friend could lose her thighs 2 inches by doing it 500 reps per day for 2 weeks and now she has the sexiest legs ever. What I like to do is to turn up 1-2 my favorite songs (the upbeat ones) and start the air bike exercise without counting as for me it is more enjoyable. I want you all to keep it fun and simple so that you will be able to do it in the long run until it finally becomes your habit. And with this exercise, you will feel the burn especially both of your thighs and if you lift your hips higher, it can also help you burn the belly fat and the sexy legs and buttocks will eventually become yours! You now see how effective this workout is right!

2. Rope Jumping – The best workout for me should be easy, give good results, no cost or cost just a little and that makes the workout itself worth doing it. I recommend this one as it costs only a few bucks but get rid of fat all over body. First time you do it you might find it difficult but please don’t get discouraged and stop it. Try to learn from videos from youtube and you will be thankful when your body is getting thinner and feeling stronger. Don’t jump with flat footed as you might get injured easily. Use sport shoes while jumping. If you jump properly, your heels should never touch the ground, you should jump on the balls of your feet. My tip for quick weight loss is to jump 100-150 reps and then rest 20-30 seconds. Repeat this for 5 cycles. This is enough for a starter and if you feel like wanting to burn more you can increase. It is up to you! :-)

3. Jogging and Running – Yesterday my boyfriend and I tried to jog from our home to the public park which is about 2 kilometers away and it was the first time that we did that. And when we arrived there, we started running along with other people. And then we went to buy our dinner and then walked back to our home. It took about 2 hours. At first we felt so exhausted but after 5 mins of rest, we both were extremely satisfied with the burn in our body and already planned to do it again tomorrow haha. We found it more fun to engage to an activity that included more people, not just the two of us. And it wasn’t like we tried to lose weight. It was more like we were walking to buy our dinner but stopped by the public park for fresh air for a while and then walked back to our home. Sounds so easy, isn’t it? You also can make it easy like us too. Instead of driving, choose walking to somewhere not far from your place and walk back to your home. It’s a really good way to lose weight without trying so hard.

     By the way, it is great to keep changing or rotating the sports for workout to avoid the injury from practicing the same routine repeatedly and it will help you lose fat all over body, not only one or two part. For example, you may plan to swim on day 1 then jogging and cycling. According to the study, the workout like jogging or running is important for the bone creation. Therefore, especially the ladies, you should add the jogging or running in your exercise routine.
